Returns Policy
We want to make sure your completely satisfied with your product(s), However, if you are not completely happy, you can return your item for a full refund.
Refunds & Exchanges are only accepted up to 14 days from the delivery date of your order.
For a return to be accepted, the item(s) must be returned in the original condition it was sent, with tags still attached. We will not accept returns for any products that have been washed or show signs of wear & tear from use.
The postage fee for a return is £4.99.
We will only offer a full refund including postage for items that are faulty or show defects.
To ensure no issues arise with a return, we will provide you with a QR code to use at your local post office, using a tracked postal service. We can also arrange collection via Royal Mail from the delivery address on the order at no extra cost. You will have the option to choose either of the services mentioned once a return has started.
This service enables us to track the whereabouts of the return in the event the package is lost, to make sure the item is returned correctly and you receive your refund as quick as possible.
